Is what you need actually loaded?
Policy loads by jurisdiction × sector. One cell is live today — Alberta › Income Support. Everything else says so, honestly, rather than guessing.
Support
Family
The one live cell — sections in the corpus, grouped by benefit.
This is the first jurisdiction × sector loaded: Alberta, Income Support. Source: Income and Employment Supports Policy Manual → Income Support Program → ETW & BFE Policy & Procedures, manuals.alberta.ca. Section codes are the manual's own path segments. The Core Shelter slice is live end-to-end on Supabase; Core Essential and Emergency Allowance passages and rate tables are ingested alongside it.
Present as key passages, not yet complete sections.
Still inside the live Alberta › Income Support cell: eligibility is a chain of gates, so these sections are already surfaced as cross-references from the loaded benefits — but only the governing passages are in, not every sub-page. Per the roadmap, Income, Assets, and Client Categories (ETW / BFE) are being folded in next. Treat anything here as partial.
One cell live. The rest, honestly, not yet.
The engine is parameterized on both axes — every passage carries its jurisdiction and its sector, and selectors filter to the cell you're in. What's verified is live; what isn't stays dark rather than stale. Ask about an empty cell and policyratio returns "No matching policy — check the manual / escalate" instead of a guess.
Sectors and programs the tool does not cover today.
Even inside Alberta, these are other government sectors — disability income, health benefits, child & family services, employment & training — that case managers touch but that are not ingested. Several live in separate manuals we haven't loaded. Ask about one and policyratio returns "No matching policy — check the manual / escalate" rather than a guess. Every other province and territory sits behind the same honest wall until loaded.
Both axes, spelled out.
Every passage carries its jurisdiction and its sector. Today only Alberta × Income Support is populated — each other province, territory, and sector runs its own separate manuals and directives, none ingested yet. Coverage grows one cell at a time.

Growing one verified cell at a time.
Expanding — along both axes
Coverage grows by jurisdiction and by sector, each as its own verified corpus — no dates promised, nothing shown as loaded until it is. Nearest in: finishing the live cell by folding in Alberta Income Support's Income, Assets, and Client-Category (ETW / BFE) gates. Beyond it: other sectors (health, employment, child & family services) and other provinces / territories. This page updates as each cell lands.
About the dollar amounts
Amounts do not come from the policy text. They are hand-entered from the Income Support Financial Benefits Summary PDF — a separate document — each with its own effective date and source page, and every one is flagged "verify". The current figures are dated 2026-07-02. Financial Benefits Summary PDF ↗. Always confirm against the live PDF before acting.
How to read the effective column. Rows marked amt eff 2026-07-02 carry rate figures from the Financial Benefits Summary at that effective date. Rows marked manual · current are policy text reflecting the current manuals.alberta.ca version, where the manual does not publish a discrete effective date. "Section covered" means representative governing passages — not necessarily every sub-page.
